Frank's Grille

This past weekend I came in on a Friday night at 5:30 and met two other ladies there shortly after I arrived. We were waiting on a fourth person but decided to order instead. At some point during the evening we were asked to leave the table. I would assume because they had other parties behind us. I have never been asked to do so, so we tried to wrap things up as quickly as possible until either the manager or owner came over and asked us to exit out the back door so that we can get out quicker. I have eaten at this restaurant several times and although parking is difficult on a busy night. I continued to return due to the quality of the food. After speaking to several people, many have said they have never been asked to leave a restaurant. My suggestion would be to tell the party that no one is to be seated until all parties are there or explain that it's a time slot and that we had to be out by a certain time, neither of which we're done. All four of us said we would not be returning anytime soon.

We came there a month ago and it was great! So we came back today and it was super busy (the last time it was not as busy) but we didn't have to wait for a table. We were seated right away and our sever came over in less than two minutes, she was CRAZY busy, she got our drink order right away and brought them back right away! I could see she was busy so we had our order ready when she came back to take it and she passed by us with a tray full of drinks and said " I'll be right back to take your order" I said " no worries take your time" and she came right back after dropping off the drinks, cashing a few people out and greeting other tables! Our food came out promptly and delicious! She checked backed to make sure we were good and got me another glass of wine!!!! 🤭She was amazing and the food was also amazing... highly recommend!!!! I just wish I knew the servers name!! Great job!!!

First off all, I wanted to say how I love your server/bartender Linda. She makes me laugh! Dan the bartender is very good too. I've been coming here for years now. The one bartender/server called Kristen has such a bad attitude everytime we come in. Another guest that I know that comes here said the same thing. In fact, he told me that he doesn't come as often as he use to because of her bad attitude. She doesn't say hello, drop dead, good-bye, or check on you during the meal if the food is good, or if you need anything. You have to ask her for the check. You have to say that your ready to order. All she does is play on her phone! What a shame that one employee can make people not want to come back to a restaurant! She acts like she is doing the customer a favor by taking their order. Without customers, she wouldn't have a job!

We made a reservation and wanted to eat in the restaurant. They decided they wished to close the room and insisted we eat in the bar, which was extremely noisy. We indicated that we were not happy with that seating, and even though they're were still people eating in the restaurant section, they would not accomodate us. Apparently it required minimal effort on their part and that was just too much. We left. The subsequent reply from the management does not even address their unwillingness to seat us anywhere but the bar. Take that for what it's worth.
